Oral presentations
Authors of abstracts accepted for oral presentation will be given 10 minutes presentation time plus 5 minutes questions in a parallel session.
This is a new feature for the SAPC annual scientific meetings. Following acceptance of the submitted abstract digital poster presenters will be asked to prepare one powerpoint slide outlining their work. Guidelines for layout and amount of information will be given. It will include a similar amount to physical posters at previous SAPC conferences. Digital posters will be grouped thematically and facilitator led discussions will be held within each group in a small meeting room. Presenters will be given 5 minutes to summarize their work followed by 5 minutes discussion. Presenters will NOT be required to produce a printed poster because poster boards will NOT be available.
Workshops
• Workshops selected will last for 90 minutes. The content may be based on new or ongoing work.
