ADVANCE REGISTRATION CLOSED - PLACES STILL AVAILABLE AND NEW ON-SITE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE CONFERENCE FROM 10.30 ON WEDNESDAY 9th JULY
The on-line form is now closed. New registration will be available on-site at the conference from 10.30 on Wednesday 9th July and 08.00 on Thursday 10th July and Friday 11th July.

| PAYMENT |
Invoices for all participants will be issued with registration receipts.
Please see below for cancellation terms.

Methods of payment
Once you have received your invoice please make payment within 28 days in one of the following ways:
Cheque
Cheque payable to Stewart Conferences - SAPC.
Bank transfer
Bank information will be supplied on the registration invoice.
Credit and debit card
Click here for credit/debit card form. Please complete form and send to the Secretariat at the address on the form.
Cancellation charges
Cancellations may be made by email or post to the address below. Refunds will be issued to all cancellations received more than one calendar month before the start of the conference less £50 administration charge. We regret that cancellations made within one calendar month of the start of the conference will not be refunded (ie after 9 June 08).
