NEW FEATURES IN 2009

Panels
This year sees the introduction to the SAPC ASM programme of participant defined panels. During the parallel oral sessions some of the sessions will be panels and the remainder will consist of presentations selected by the programme committee from the general abstract submissions (see panels above).

Panel abstracts will be considered automatically for parallel sessions if they are part of a panel that is not accepted. Please do not submit the same abstract twice.

Late breaking abstracts
A parallel session will be dedicated to work with late breaking results. Please submit your abstract by the 6th March (or 13th February if part of a panel). There is a “late breaking” tick box on the on-line submission form for work in this category. In the results section please indicate that “results are late breaking”. A final version must be submitted via email to office@sapc.ac.uk before 31st May 2009 with the abstract title clearly indicated.

Young or early careers prize
If you wish to be considered for this prize please tick the young researcher box in the on-line presentation abstract form. To qualify you must have less than three years (whole time equivalent) research experience since completion of your PhD.
