| PAYMENT |
Invoices for all participants will be issued with registration receipts.
Please see below for cancellation terms.
Information about methods of payment are given below.
Methods of payment
Once you have received your invoice please make payment within 30 days in one of the following ways:
Cheque
Cheque payable to SAPC.
Bank transfer
Bank information will be supplied on the registration invoice.
Credit and debit card

Cancellation charges
Cancellations may be made by email or post to the address below. Refunds will be issued to all cancellations received more than one calendar month before the start of the conference less £50 administration charge. We regret that cancellations made within one calendar month of the start of the conference will not be refunded (ie after 7 June 10).
