Earlybird fee deadline: 5pm on 25th June 2012

Register for the SAPC conference and the full joint conference with RCGP via this site. 

SAPC members will need their membership number during the registration process.  Please email office@sapc.ac.uk to request your membership number.

After the earlybird deadline fees increase by approximately £70 for the full conference and £30 to £40 for day registrations.

SAPC conference: 3rd and 4th October

RCGP conference: joint day with SAPC on 4th October and continuing until Saturday 6th October

When to arrive

Registration desks open:

18.00 to 20.00 on Tuesday 2nd October - Crowne Plaza Hote, Castle Suite

08.00 to 17.30 on Wednesday 3rd October and Thursday 4th October - SECC, Hall 2

Registration will be open from 18.00 to 20.00 on the evening of Tuesday 2nd October when the welcome drinks reception will be held.  This will enable you to pick up your conference badge and programme and avoid the queues on Wednesday 3rd October.  Registration on Tuesday will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Castle Suite.  Note registration will move to SECC, Hall 2 on Wednesday.

Registration will be open again from 08.00 on Wednesday 3rd October and the opening session will begin at 09.00.  We expect the registration desk to be very busy on Wednesday morning please register on Tuesday evening if possible.  Registration on Wednesday will be in Hall 2 of the SECC.
