Exciting opportunity at Keele Scool of Medicine

We have an exciting opportunity at Keele School of Medicine for an NIHR Clinical Lecturer in General Practice Funded for 4 years FTE

The aim of the post is to support a post-doctoral clinical academic to work within the School, to develop their skills and expertise, and become an independent researcher in primary care. 

The post-holder will work within one of the areas of research excellence, in primary care, to publish research work in high-quality journals, and apply for research funding from grant-giving bodies to support own future research.  Supervise postgraduate and undergraduate student research.

You will develop and contribute clinical expertise to ongoing and new programmes of research within the School. We have particular expertise in the following areas: Musculoskeletal Pain and Arthritis, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Dementia, Prognosis and Consultation Epidemiology, Cardiology, Global and Public Health.
